It's Friday and we're in the mood for something French! We could grab a glass of Bordeaux or a glass of Burgundy but this week calls for something different and fun, so we opted for the classic French cocktail the Kir Royale.
If you've heard of the French Kir, made with white wine and creme de cassis, the Kir Roayle is very similar. The only difference is the Royale substitutes Champagne for the white wine. It's the perfect drink for a festive party, cocktail hour, or a happy hour after a long week. We hope you enjoy the Kir Royale!
- 9 parts Champagne
- 1 part creme de cassis
- 1 Champagne flute
Add the creme de cassis to the bottom of a champagne flute
- Top with champagne and enjoy.
